Yes! The grade levels simply a tool to help you determine which level is appropriate. Children can go up or down to whatever placement is most appropriate, as long as they are ready for the course!
We expect to offer those next year, but if you are interested now please contact us at divideconquermathematics@gmail.com. We need at least 3 students in order to run a class, so we may be able to offer any of those if there is interest.
We have two classes under development, 3rd grade and Family Math. We will not offer PreK-2nd grades, as our educational philosophy is that young children learn best by playing in the real world.
Family Math is our only class that expects parent participation, and works with multiple younger children in the household. It is play-centered, hands-on and creative and promotes mathematical thinking. As the question above, if there is enough interest this year, we can run it so let us know at divideconquermathematics@gmail.com
